Testing and Certification Services for Vehicles: EMC
The 10m vehicle EMC laboratory is successfully put into use by the end of 2020.
The laboratory uses a 7.5m diameter turntable, equipped with a 4x4 chassis dynamometer, and the wheelbase is adjustable from 1.8m to 3.5m, meeting the EMC test requirements of various passenger cars and small and medium-sized commercial vehicles;
The laboratory specially considered the EMC test requirements of new energy vehicles. A 1500V / 1000A energy chain system was configured under the 7.5m turntable to meet the EMC test requirements of various new energy vehicles and charging stations;
The laboratory has specially considered the EMC test requirements of intelligent networked vehicles, equipped with intelligent road and obstacle simulation system and advanced wireless comprehensive test system to meet the EMC test requirements of ADAS, V2X and other intelligent networked technologies.
