10m Method Whole Vehicle EMC Testing Laboratory
The 10m method whole vehicle EMC testing laboratory was put into use by the end of 2020. The laboratory meets the EMC testing requirements of various passenger cars such as small and medium-sized commercial vehicles, along with various special vehicles, including new-energy and networked intelligent vehicles. The laboratory meets international standards, along with the region-specific standards of China, Europe, the United States, Japan, and others. It aims to provide greater accessibility and convenience for whole vehicle EMC testing and certification of automobile enterprises in East China.
The laboratory accommodates the EMC testing requirements of networked intelligent vehicles, equipped with intelligent road and obstacle simulation system and advanced wireless comprehensive test system to meet the EMC testing requirements of advanced driving assistance system (ADAS), Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) and other networked intelligent technologies.
The laboratory uses a 7.5m diameter turntable equipped with a 4x4 chassis dynamometer and an adjustable wheelbase ranging from 1.8m to 3.5m, meeting the EMC testing requirements of various passenger cars and small and medium-sized commercial vehicles.
The laboratory accommodates the EMC testing requirements of new energy vehicles, and a 1500V / 1000A energy chain system was configured under the turntable to meet the EMC testing requirements of various new energy vehicles and charging stations.
